WISE Employment is one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit employment services providers and operates three social enterprises.
Since 1992, WISE Employment has helped hundreds of thousands of job seekers find work with inclusive employers who recognise and value diversity. The organisation’s drive to empower people through employment leads it to deliver a range of integrated programs and services in support of and complementary to the government-funded Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services (DES). WISE Employment continues to innovate to provide targeted services to the community’s most disadvantaged.
WISE Employment has a broad reach into disadvantaged communities across Australia, with offices throughout Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland, the Northern Territory, the Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania.
WISE Employment owns and operates three mission-driven social enterprises that create jobs and train people with disability and disadvantaged workers, in supportive environments. These social enterprises, Clean Force Property Services, PepperGreen Farm and Catering, and Equity Labour Services, employ over 500 people and have been pivotal to WISE Employment’s success.
Hong Kong SAR 
WISE Inclusion Hong Kong:
empowering people through employment in Hong Kong SAR since 2021.
WISE Inclusion Hong Kong was founded in 2021 to relieve poverty and advance education for the benefit of the Hong Kong community. The company provides employment support, education, and training services to people with disability, injuries, or mental health conditions.
Additionally, the organisation was involved in a joint venture focused on supporting sub-tertiary students across Hong Kong SAR from 2021 to 2023 during the COVID lockdowns. WISEmpower was a joint programme run by WISE Inclusion Hong Kong and D.E. Empower Hong Kong that supported students with disabilities transitioning from technical colleges and universities to internships and employment. The programme provided participants with a job immersion experience via training, support and counselling to promote their employability and empower them in pathways to an internship or employment. WISEmpower also contributed to the Disability Inclusive Development Strategy in Asia.

The organisation is focused on improving the lives of the disadvantaged and most marginalised people in the community. It holds the Korean Government’s mainstream employment services contract – National Employment Support Service (NESS) under the Ministry of Employment and Labour) and some youth services.
WISE Employment Korea looks forward to expanding its social impact for the people and community of South Korea.
United Kingdom 
WISE Ability – a UK based not-for-profit that empowered tens of thousands of disadvantaged people into work during its 15 years in operation.
WISE Ability grew to be a well-respected not-for-profit in employment services. It was important to educate employers about the benefits of employing people with a disability.
